hello !

i'm sorry, i cant barely understand Croatian when they speak to me there is no chance i can write anything here that makes sense in Croatian so with your permission i'll try to explain my story in english...

1- for reasons that dont matter, i (only) have croatian citizenship since im a kid and still, never lived in croatia! i have croatian passport, id, oib, etc but i reside in Slovakia, Bratislava.

2- i bought a Marielhom 26 in Sweden, i sailed the boat for a while there and now i plan to bring it to Istria, i found a marina and i'm moving the boat there (still fighting to get a good price on land transport from north germany, if anyone has a suggestion please share!)

3- in Sweden boats this size dont have registration. they only need a "bill of sale that states VAT was paid" a "radio license" and "insurance" - i have all of that. they dont need inspection, etc, etc.

4- my swedish insurance company told me i cant use this insurance if i plan to leave the boat in croatia.

My questions:
- Do you know any insurance company in croatia that would insurance my boat if its not croatian registered?
- registering my boat with croatian flag, any idea who could do that for me and how mcuh it would cost?
- i could register my boat with a belgium flag and insurance (they are inexpensive and simple to do), would that perhaps be a better solution?

Any help with this three questions is much appreciated!

Yes but this is for Sweden inland sailing only. Bay international law all boat sailing in international water must have registration and document. For coming in Croatian water all boat must have valid document. Your boat must have permit ocean sailing if coming from sea. or coast international valid document.

Its really very easy besides land transportation,  changing flag is like 30-40 eur process where you need builder certificate and contract or in this case only builder certificate. 
For insurance I'm using allianz and its around 200-300 eur per year.

Marieholms Bruk je bankrotirao 1986 a brodica je proizvedena 1976-83 kad nije ni postojalo CE certifikata za plovila,plovilo nije registrirano,nema pravno valjan dokaz o vlasništvu,nema dokument iz ispisa iz svedskog registra. Pošto je brod stariji od 30 godina ne triba mu potvrda o pla?enom porezu.

Marienholm 26 je ustvari International Folkboat. Taj dizajn je dokazan u plovidbi teškim i velikim morima, plovilo se njima oko balote zemaljske pa i polarnim vodama. A, šta nema certifikata, baš me zanima kako ?e postupiti birikrati?

Kako ?e postupit nema sljednost vlasništva. tako i ti možeš ukrast neko plovilo u Švedskoj napravit neki kupoprodajni ugovor s mujom,kako to registrirati.Nema dokumenta ispisa iz švedskog registra nema upisa u hrvatski.

U Švedkoj, kao i u Njema?koj, priznaju se neovjereni kupoprodajni ugovori. Kako da rješi ispis iz registra i upai su naš, stvarno ne znam, vjreojatno treba nazad u Švedsku i tamo prvo sve riješiti. No uz pretpostavku da se sve to rješi, mene zanima taj problem s CE certifikatima za brodove iz vremena kada ih još nije bilo. Moju je jedrilicu, bivši vlasnik prije 18 godina uredno upisao u hrvatski registar bez tog certifikata iako su i tada ve? postojali CE certifikati. Je li se otada šta mijenjalo u pravilima?
